Terms of service

Effective July 15, 2026

These terms apply to website design, development, maintenance, and related services provided by Argin Forge. Your written project scope and these terms together form the service agreement.

Project scope and client responsibilities

The selected package is an initial scope recommendation. Before production begins, we confirm deliverables, timeline, revisions, and any exclusions. You are responsible for providing accurate content, approvals, credentials, and legally licensed brand materials on time.

Payments

Website projects require a 50% kickoff payment. The remaining project balance is due after final approval and before launch or transfer. Monthly care plans renew automatically each month until canceled. Late or failed payments may pause work or support.

Timelines and revisions

Published delivery windows are targets that begin after required content and access are received. Client delays, new scope, third-party issues, or delayed approvals may change the schedule. Revisions are limited to the number included in the selected package; additional work requires approval and may be billed separately.

Ownership and portfolio use

After full payment, you receive ownership of the final approved custom website deliverables, excluding third-party software, fonts, stock assets, tools, and reusable development components subject to their own licenses. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Argin Forge may display the finished work in its portfolio.

Third-party services

Domains, hosting, payment processors, integrations, plugins, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and availability. Their fees are not included unless specifically listed in your scope.
