Refund policy

Effective July 15, 2026

Because website services reserve production time and create custom work, refund eligibility depends on when a cancellation is received.

Website kickoff payments

A kickoff payment may be refunded in full if you cancel in writing before discovery or production work begins. After work begins, the kickoff payment is non-refundable because it covers reserved time, strategy, design, development, and work already performed.

Remaining project balances

The remaining 50% is not charged until final approval. If a project is canceled after work begins, any completed work beyond the kickoff amount will be documented and may be invoiced before files are transferred.

Monthly care plans

Care plans can be canceled before the next renewal. Monthly charges are non-refundable after renewal, including unused included hours, because support capacity and monitoring remain reserved for the billing period. No future monthly charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.

How to request a cancellation

Email arginc760@gmail.com with your business name and request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing times may vary.
